Tidal La Assoluta
Tidal La Assoluta
"An encounter with the TIDAL La Assoluta is impressive, again and again. The pure physical facts alone of this huge speaker with a weight over half a ton is the reason for many comments. Also the pair price like a fully loaded Rolls Royce is something, but the finish is on par with that just out of this world...
The consequence of hunting for the most realistic sound free of compromises of TIDAL deepley impressed us. Not a single part of the super speaker La Assoluta is of the shelve."
"But not only technically this speaker embodies the current state of the art of what is possible, also in terms of craftsmenship and design the La Assoluta is an unique reference...
The perfect combination of technology, elegance and luxury. Pure unadultered high fidelity. Audibly high-caliber (and high-carat) loudspeakers for the very wealthy. The real Callas of all loudspeakers... Call the TIDAL La Assoluta whatever you'd like - and continue to dream."

Preinformation technical specifications:
- 3-stack-module 4-way fullrange speaker
- H 232 cm, W 38 cm, D 65 cm
- 2 x 485 Kg (without packaging)
- F3 in passive mode = 23 Hz (FFT near field measurement, complete B&K )*
- F3 in active mode = 20 Hz (FFT near field measurement, complete B&K) *
- frequency response within the relevant field for later in-room behaviour between 200 Hz (below about that the room is in control, above about this the speaker is in control) and 10.000 Hz: +/- 1.2 dB (FFT, complete B&K) *
- efficiency: +6 dB than TIDAL Sunray *
* Please allow us a comment on a sidenote: some manufacturers claim numbers like "20-100.000 Hz, +/- 2dB" or even "better", which we have to admit is nice to read, but is also, sorry to say that, complete baloney. There is simply no professional microphone and measuring system able to measure such thing, also by pure physics this is absolute nonsense. But we do not want to be the kill-joy guys here, so as alternative we offer herewith for those who compare specs on paper, and would like to make conclusions about the product performance from it, also some impressive numbers. We calculated these with the very same 'reality-to-nonsense factor' simply into the La Assoluta. Rumor has it we used selfwritten software for it, CRAY super computers and NASA space technology microphones. So that no one could say we would not use real science for it.
